Community organisations are here to provide extra support within the local area and beyond.

Runcorn and District Foodbank is one of many organisations helping the local community, and we see it as a priority to ensure that our Foodbank users know where to get additional help depending on their own circumstances. We call this ‘signposting‘.

 

  • Hub of Hope is a location-based directory linking people to different support services that are available, based on the challenges they are facing. 
  • Halton & St Helens Volunteer and Community Action have a directory of services that support people in our local community. 
  • Our Facebook page is also a great tool for keeping up to date with local activity from support services.
